**Requirements**:

- Bilingual (Spanish - English)
- Experience in customer service positions (1 year minimum)
- Experience in recruiting (1 year minimum)
- High School diploma.
- Able to start working between (M-F) between 10:30 am - 12:30 pm until 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm (depending on the time in the U.S)

**Tasks**:

- Helps with the recruitment of translators and interpreters.
- Gathers professional references and supporting documents.
- Negotiates rates and policies.
- Answers phone calls and give information about Medical Healthcare Interpreter Training.
- Supports the operations of the Medical Interpreter Training Program.

**Skills**:

- Technology savvy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Enjoys talking with people (in English).
- Attention to detail.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.

**Other information**:

- Office located in Santiago de Surco
- On site position
- S/2200 - S/2800 based on experience
- We work during Peruvian holidays except on Peruvian Independence Day, and Thursday and Friday of holy week. We get most U.S. holidays off.
- Work trial period of 3 months (it can be less according to performance). You will be part of the payroll after the trial period.
