We’re looking for a Bilingual Recruiter responsible for the successful, end-to-end management of the hiring process in local and international teams. Fluency in English is a Must. You will be responsible for bringing in new team members as the company expands. Previous experience in fast-growing companies is prefered.

**_About us: _** We are a venture-backed fast-growing U.S based e-commerce that is changing the way consumers shop for beauty products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of the selection process and use the insights to make improvements to the process.
- Manage job postings in different channels.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Ensure recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.) are conducted on time.
- Manage other HR activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, international recruiting preferred.
- Experience in fast-growing companies desired.
- Preferably with knowledge of consumer goods sector.
- Experience acquiring talent in Marketing and Public Relations.
- Understand local regulations.
- Good organization and reporting skills.
- Strong oral and writing skills in English.

**Salary**:
800-900 USD based on experience.

Payment will be fixed in USD regardless of the exchange rate.
