Job Responsibilities Include:
**Virtual Office Administration**:
- Answer and make outbound calls, transfer as appropriate, reccord calls as needed for training purposes
- Manage travel plans and schedules
- Manage customer concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain familiarity with company directory, sales team, and phone call process
- Complete all tasks assigned within 72 hours
- Attend weekly status report meetings and take minutes
- Update weekly timesheet and excel trackers
**Operations**:
- Communicate with vendors in a professional manner
**Qualifications and Skills**
- College education in related field
- English Fluency level intermediate - advanced
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English
- Type 50 words per minute on average
- Technical computer skill level intermediate - advanced
- MS Office and MS Suite proficiency
- Problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Strong internet connection required
- Ability to begin training within 2-3 weeks of posting
**Compensation**:
Individuals in this role will be compensated $650 a month for 40-45 hours of work weekly.
Employees will be paid as Independent contractors with a 1099 payment schedule.
Pay: S/.2,500.00 per month
