Talent2Win está buscando un Business Development Manager ¿Cuál será tu misión? Captar nuevos clientes en Perú; gestión y explotación de cartera comercial a desarrollar (leads), representación comercial de la compañía.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 3 años, ofreciendo servicios de consultoría de talento o productos intangibles.
- Experiência en ventas B2B o corporativas.
- Educación: formación universitaria culminada.

**Rol y Responsabilidades**:

- Conocer en profundidad el mercado de Adquisición de Talento e identificar nuevas oportunidades y tendencias. Realizar periódicamente un estudio benchmarking nacional e internacional, identificando y cualificando en los distintos segmentos de mercado y los clientes potenciales, ampliando la cuota de penetración en cada uno de los mismos.
- Participación en el ciclo de venta: agendamiento según calendario propuesto por el BH, construcción de ofertas y propuestas comerciales, presentación y negociación.
- Trabajar en conjunto con la Dirección y Gerencia en las actividades y gestión del área Business Development.
