**POSITION ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. Listings**:
○ Collect all property photos from the Field Operators.
○ List rental units on Buildium and social media channels.
○ Maintain and update postings of available properties on social media pages and groups.
○ Prepare comparable market analysis for landlords to set market rates.

**3. Scheduling Showings**:
○ Coordinate and schedule property showings on Field Operators' calendars based on their availability.
○ Send timely updates to landlords regarding listing performance.
**4. Application Processing**:
○ Notify the CFO for further review and recommendation.
**5. Leasing & Tenant Onboarding**:
○ Create accepted tenant profiles in our systems and onboard them to our Resident Center.
○ Collect initial payments (e.g., security deposit, first month's rent, etc.).
○ Prepare and send lease agreements for signatures.
**6. Tenant Turner Management**:
○ Oversee the management and coordination of tenant turner processes.
**7. New Systems Implementation**:
○ Assist in the incorporation and setup of new systems, such as LeadSimple and ZInspector.
**SALARY (USD)**:$900 - $1,400 (Base: $ 800 - $1,000 + Commissions: $100 - $400).
**WORKDAY**: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST (1 hour lunch break), Monday through Friday.
Pay: S/.3,375.00 - S/.5,250.00 per month
