**Customer Support Specialist**
Dealius is the industry leader within CRE Tech providing an enterprise-based solution for commercial real estate brokerages to manage transactions, back-office and create a seamless and paperless platform for managing cashflows and key business drivers.
**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:
- Work with the service team to on-board new clients (web-training and system setup)
- Enter all correspondence and necessary information related to a case into the case management system
- Collaborate and follow-up with the development team on cases that require escalation
- Manage case work-load by monitoring open case queue, phone queue, and addressing cases in order in which they are received
- Conduct touch base calls on a monthly basis
- Accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, trouble-shooting entry-level technical issues, and keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
**Here’s what you’ll need**:
- Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
- 1-2 years working in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years of experience working in a corporate environment supporting a product or software as a service (SaaS) solution
- Experience with being managed to traditional customer support KPI’s such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline sensitive environment
- Strong technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to multitask
- Strong work ethic
- Resourceful
- Self-starter
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment along with the ability to work independently with little supervision
**Experience**:
- Customer Support: 2 years (preferred)
- SaaS: 1 year (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
