**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Responsible for the attention of Incidents, Changes and Service Requirements on the Linux and AIX infrastructure, following the ITIL methodology.

Perform root cause analysis to solve the incidents presented.

Plan and execute patches on Linux and AIX servers.

Perform Health Checking on Linux and AIX computers.

Correct desviations and vulnerabilities detected on Linux and AIX equipment.

Comply with lPerform other functions related to or complementary to the position assigned by your immediate superior to Kyndryl's global rules and procedures.

Prepare work plans, managerial and technical reports on compliance with operating standards and configurations of operating systems, and hardware in charge.

Carry out analysis of the capacity and demand of the technological infrastructure in charge, generating solutions and recommendations.

Carry out other functions related to or complementary to the position assigned by their immediate Leader.
