At Grafton Latam we are looking for a Technical Procurement Lead for our client, a transnacional company that is a highly qualified and experienced supplier of industrial equipment specializing in the acquisition and supply of machinery, raw materials, spare parts and equipment for the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities Review project requirements, technical specifications, drawings, and scopes. Coordinate directly with clients, manufacturers, and strategic suppliers. Manage quotations, technical datasheets, product options, lead times, and clarifications. Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, BOMs, and cost estimates. Oversee RFIs, submittals, and all technical documentation required during procurement. Ensure timely delivery of supplier commitments and project documentation. Support project planning, field requirements, and technical compliance. Requisitos: Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering 7 years of experience in industrial, commercial, or utility electrical projects. Proven background working with electrical equipment. Experience preparing technical & commercial proposals. Ability to interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, and technical specifications. Strong supplier coordination experience (manufacturers, distributors, integrators). English proficiency C1 (it is very important for this position). Strong remote communication, organization, and self-management skills. Professional Competencies Highly responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Strong technical writing and documentation skills. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fully remote environment. Preferred Experience in EPC companies, system integrators, or equipment manufacturers. Ability to lead technical meetings and presentations.
