**Tech Support - Streaming & Systems**

You’ll help keep our tech studio running smoothly and reliably. From setting up video streaming gear to solving hardware issues, you’ll be the go-to for keeping things connected and glitch-free.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for video streaming, data, optical, and network systems
- Install and maintain equipment like cameras, audio/video cards, and cabling following company procedures
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot laptops, hardware, and other devices as needed by the team

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Technical or university-level education
- Availability to work on-site- Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night)
- ️ Advanced spoken English skills
- ️ Previous experience in Technical Support roles
