We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about property management, excel in coordinating external vendors, have a proven track record in overseeing maintenance projects, and possess strong customer service and problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with external vendors, manage schedules, and negotiate bids.
- Source and screen new contractors, build relationships, and onboard them for efficient work order management.
- Lead meetings with property owners to secure approval for estimates.
- Supervise internal maintenance crew, overseeing inspections and mid-lease evaluations.
- Efficiently manage the work order system and update tenant and property notes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in coordinating external vendors and negotiating bids.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience overseeing internal maintenance crews.
- Familiarity with property management platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Additional Information:

- Employment Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday.
- Salary: $10-12 USD per hour.
