En Auna trabajamos con un modelo de cuidado integral de salud centrado en las personas, el pilar más importante de nuestra misión. **Misión del cargo**: Realizar llamadas a los pacientes para el seguimiento de las citas así como envío de reportes, ello de manera diaria. **Funciones del cargo**: 1. Confirmar las citas de los pacientes de las consultoras ambulatorias, así como de los exámenes derivados y atender las solicitudes derivadas del contacto como anular, reprogramar y derivar a sede. 3. Adherirse a las políticas de seguridad del paciente y promover el cumplimiento de las Prácticas Organizacionales Requeridas. 4. Cumplir con la Política de Cuidados Centradas en la Persona" o "Fomentar la cultura de cuidados centrados en las personas brindando una atención de calidad y calidez. **Requisitos**: Estudios técnicos o inconclusos de Administración, Marketing o afines. Experiência de 6 meses en atención al cliente. Deseable experiência en admisión ambulatoria.
