Responsible for ensuring the correct implementation of the company's Integrity Program, complying not only with corporate requirements, but also with local ones, while addressing the main concerns or local alerts, adding value to the business through a deep knowledge of the areas and their processes and interfaces with Compliance.

Responsible for ensuring the correct implementation of the company's Integrity Program, complying not only with corporate requirements, but also with local ones, while addressing the main concerns or local alerts, adding value to the business through a deep knowledge of the areas and their processes and interfaces with Compliance.
**With what results are the position supposed to contribute?**
- Responsible for the implementation of Compliance projects in the country.
- Perform Due Diligence analysis on business partners, suppliers and service providers.
- Responsible for deploying and monitoring compliance training, ensuring the identification of the target audience, and the preparation of the material, guaranteeing the reinforcement of the Code of Conduct and other specific compliance topics.
- Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the Compliance program, including the recommendations given in its sign-off and IDDs, compliance with internal Compliance controls, such as declarations of conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, etc.
- Develop opinions and mitigation plans to address Compliance risks; carrying out the following activities:
- Preparation of due diligence reports and preparation of decisions and reports with Compliance opinions.
- Preparation of control due diligence, deadlines and applicable contractual clauses.
- Prepare opinions and guidelines for all companies in the group, this involves organizing meetings to discuss compliance dilemmas, questions about the Code of Conduct, preparing Compliance signatures, participating in meetings, taking meeting minutes and formalizing activities.
- Responsible for carrying out annual Compliance Risk Assessment processes, formalizing meetings, risk boards and presentations and respective mitigation proposals.
- Country support in M&A and Business Development processes, law firm administration, consulting and integrity analysis by third parties, process monitoring, support documentation, preparation of reports and follow-ups.
- Ensure the discussion and control of Compliance clauses in all applicable contracts of the company, providing the necessary support to the business unit regarding the appropriate clause and eventual meetings with the contractor for clarifications.
- Support to business areas in matters of clarification of doubts, Compliance dilemmas, action plans and implementation of Compliance projects.
- Responsible for monitoring contracts and service providers in the area, archiving documentation, with the always objective of organizing, controlling and ensuring its maintenance and validity.
**Qualifications** Competence requirements**
- Bachelor's degree and/or degree in Administration, Law or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years in Compliance and/or Business Ethics areas.
- Experience in carrying out reputational integrity assessment (IDD) procedures for business partners.
- Knowledge in implementation of the management of the Integrity Program.
- Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
- Advanced English.
