We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a** AI**Engineer** that is well-versed in **Python**and is **located in Latin America**. As we are currently working with multiple companies on many different products, we have quite a few projects where someone like you could make a difference.

We are looking for:

- 1+ years of experience with Large and/or Small Language models-closed or open-source.
- Advanced Python skills, with experience using deep-learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with NLP frameworks.
- Extensive knowledge of generative AI concepts and techniques, Large Language Models, and how to implement them.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Agentic Workflows and advanced RAG techniques, utilization of libraries such as Langchain and Langgraph for language model integration, function calling, Fine Tuning vs. Prompt Engineering, and evaluation.
- Familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib).
- Strong agile/scrum development experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
