IBI Healthcare Institute is the fastest growing and innovative Ambulatory Surgery Center looking for an experienced **Virtual HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our world-class team.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Strategic Recruitment Skills**: Ability to develop and execute effective hiring strategies to meet staffing needs.
- **Solution-Driven**: Ability to identify challenges and implement effective HR and recruitment solutions.
- **Employer Branding**: Experience in crafting compelling job postings and leveraging recruitment marketing techniques.
- **HR Compliance & Best Practices**: Strong understanding of **federal, state, and local employment laws** as they relate to recruitment and hiring.
- **Collaborative Approach**: Work with department heads to assess workforce needs and implement tailored hiring solutions.
- **Sense of Urgency & Initiative**: Efficiently handle multiple open roles, ensuring quick and effective placements.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Experience with **Google Sheets, Excel, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS tools**.
- **Payroll Knowledge**: Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance, with experience using **ADP payroll systems** preferred.
- Ability to develop and implement programs to retain great talent within the organization
