We are seeking a seasoned **Tech Lead **with a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, proficient in **Python, React, Django, Vue, and AWS,** to join our team remotely from anywhere in Latin America.

You will play a crucial role in leading the development team, working in an agile environment to deliver world-class software products.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python, React, Django, Vue, and AWS.
- Strong understanding of Software Architecture and Best Practices.
- Experience with large-scale projects, utilizing microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and Nginx.
- Proficiency in cloud deployment (AWS).
- Knowledge of modern software development practices including Git version control, Unit Testing, TDD, Code Reviews, CI/CD, etc.
- Full-time availability.
- Fluent in English.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
