**Summary**

As a Relationship Manager you will serve as the liaison for a portfolio of merchants, focusing on cultivating long-term relationships, driving growth, and enhancing retention. You will conduct regular check-ins, proactively assess merchant satisfaction, and address escalations with a premium service approach. Leveraging insights from internal dashboards, you will identify processing anomalies, mitigate attrition risks, and develop strategic outreach plans for contract renewals, competitive positioning, and new product adoption.

Success in this position requires a combination of relationship management, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure outstanding merchant experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of each client’s business model to effectively position and sell Paysafe solutions, driving portfolio growth and optimizing payment operations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations to foster trust and collaboration.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term partnerships with existing customers.
- Develop and execute growth strategies that balance financial performance with customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough research to uncover client needs, challenges, and expansion opportunities.
- Advocate for Paysafe’s products and services by aligning solutions with clients’ strategic objectives.
- Deliver reliable feedback and provide comprehensive post-sales support.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of merchants across multiple regions and countries.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking conferences to enhance visibility and build connections.
- Collaborate closely with Account Management and Marketing teams to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities.
- Achieve revenue targets through strategic leadership, consultative engagement, relationship development, and effective partnerships.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Academic degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline—or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or other client-facing roles.
- Prior experience in the payments industry or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Strong analytical thinking, effective problem-solving, and sound decision-making capabilities.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (including Salesforce), and other business tools.
- Experience in online payments is a plus, particularly within sectors such as iGaming, e-Sports, Gambling, Crypto, Blockchain, e-Commerce, and Travel.
- Open-minded and enthusiastic about joining a high-performing, close-knit sales team delivering advanced card processing solutions.
- Excellent time management and strategic planning skills.
- Adaptable and resilient under pressure.
- Skilled in analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Proactive, collaborative, and self-directed work style.
- Strong customer orientation, hands-on approach, and global perspective.
- Highly engaged team player.
- Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
