**The Position**:
We're looking to hire a Delivery Manager to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

- _Team Augmentation: _You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- _ Design & Build: _You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in managing programs and projects from inception to successful delivery.
- Experience overseeing OKRs.
- Proven experience in developing frameworks to effectively manage, track, and report on initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate status, decisions, and key information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Develop strong, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders spanning multiple disciplines.
- Proficiency with Jira in a work environment.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Extensive background in team Leadership.
- Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
- An understanding of best practices and a commitment to following them.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
