The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) will ensure the successful delivery of our services — whether staff augmentation or project-based — while maintaining strong client relationships and driving account growth. This role combines operational leadership, client management, and commercial insight, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

**What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)**

Lead service delivery for assigned accounts, ensuring agreed scope, timelines, and quality.

Manage delivery teams, budgets, and profitability.

Identify client needs and propose solutions to foster account growth.

Track service metrics and implement process improvements.

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Mentor Service Delivery Leads and promote team development.

Optimize account costs without compromising quality or satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
3+ years in a Service Delivery Manager or similar role in software delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems, Business, or related field.

Strong knowledge of agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Experience in resource planning, budget control, and quality assurance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Bilingual English (spoken and written), able to interact with U.S.based clients.

**Nice to Have**

Experience in marketing, public relations, or commercial roles in tech.

Familiarity with certification and compliance processes.
