**Estamos buscando un(a)**Sales & Care Delivery Specialist Architect.**
**Ubicación**:El Salvador

**Propósito Principal**:Liderar y ejecutar soluciones Sales & Care de principio a fin, garantizando integración de sistemas, calidad en las entregas y alineación con los objetivos estratégicos.

**Responsabilidades**
- Responsable de la entrega de servicios para los sistemas de información y plataformas que soportan procesos de Sales & Care en los canales de venta, habilitación de nuevos productos, seguimientos post venta de clientes pospago, prepago, home tanto de los negocios de B2B y B2C.
- Ejecutar la gestión de proyectos y requerimientos complejos y de impacto transversal.
- Elaborar la documentación de diseño, integración, pruebas, procesos y handover de los proyectos a cargo documentados en la CMDB y en la herramienta de change Managment que se defina, así como liderar las ventanas de Puesta en Producción.
- Liderar la elaboración de la matriz de pruebas al equipo de QA, asegurando que las pruebas end to end de los componentes involucrados se realicen y que garanticen la integración de estos.
- Definir estrategias de implementación de los sistemas de Sales & Care y sistemas de OSS y BSS, plataformas de gestión de red y herramientas de monitoreo.

**Requisitos**:

- **Graduado**de Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación.
- **Maestría o Posgrado**: Arquitectura de Software o afines (Deseable).
- **Experiência**en áreas de Service Delivery de IT.
- **Experiência previa**en implementación de proyectos de alto impacto en IT que involucren migración, simplificación, modernización o ampliación de nuevas formas de negocio.
- ️ **Conocimientos en Bases de datos**: Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
- **Conocimiento en sistemas operativos**: Linux, Windows, AIX.
- ️ **Conocimiento en servidores de aplicaciones**: WebLogic, Kubernetes.
- **Conocimiento en transformación digital**para canales de venta.
- **Certificaciones**: TM Forum Fundamentals (Deseable), PMI (Deseable), ITIL Fundamental, Scrum Master, Product Owner (Deseable), ciberseguridad (Deseable).
