**What** **You** **Will** **Do**

**SUMMARY**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement labeling processes for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Manage a portfolio of brands and projects related to labeling processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Manage labeling projects from start to finish, overseeing all aspects of the process including design, content ingestion, and approval
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and allocate resources accordingly
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and marketing, to ensure labeling requirements are met
- Develop and maintain labeling databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in label management systems
- Continuously evaluate and improve labeling processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide guidance and training to team members and business partners on labeling processes and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to labeling processes
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to established goals and objectives
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with labeling process projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues

**Qualifications**:
**What** **We** **Are** **Looking** **For**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, life sciences, regulatory affairs)
- 15 - 20 years of experience in labeling processes, preferably with a combination of industries
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA, EMA) related to labeling
- Experience with project management and leading cross-functional team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and labeling software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator)
