**About the role**

Clinical education and support, primarily focused on endoscopic and clinical education services. The focus includes customer relationship management, technical support during clinical trials, training and education, problem-solving in complex scenarios involving clinical products, and ensuring successful patient outcomes through effective solution.

**What we are Looking for in You**

Required qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (life sciences, medical devices, nursing, or healthcare).
- Experience: minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a clinical or medical field, preferably assisting with procedures, and providing technical product support.
- Business Knowledge: understanding of business and administration principles to track performance, identified business opportunities and optimize operational workflows.
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to deliver training and communicate complex technical details clearly to healthcare professionals.
- Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess issues during clinical procedures and provide effective solutions, also ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Project Management: project management skills, especially in customer education programs, experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across clinical and business units.

Preferred qualifications:

- Business & Administrative Skills: understanding of business administration, including budgeting, scheduling, and report generation.
- Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or related fields
- Experience working with government entities and managing accounts with clients such as hospitals in Lima and across the interior regions of the country.
- Technical Expertise: background in medical devices and clinical environments, with the ability to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting, particularly in optimizing clinical outcomes and improving efficiency.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in medical device use.
- Experience in multinational companies, with knowledge of their operational and multicultural dynamics.
