- At Novo Nordisk, we are on a mission to drive sales growth and improve access to our cardiometabolic therapies in Peru. We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Commercial Head to lead our local operations and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.

**Your new role**
As our Commercial Head, you will design and execute comprehensive sales plans that propel our cardiometabolic portfolio to new heights while ensuring market access for all our therapies. Some of your specific resposabilities include:

- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and public/private authorities that enhance our market presence.
- Mentor and guide a passionate team, fostering a vibrant, collaborative environment that nurtures success and innovation.
- Define clear sales targets and utilize data-driven insights to pinpoint opportunities for growth and corrective actions when needed
- Work across functions with marketing, medical, supply chain, and the RareD Business Unit to align strategies and maximize our impact in the country.

**Your new department**
In Product & Portfolio Strategy we drive commercial strategy, medical affairs and business development across all therapy areas. We act as a connector and compass, guiding the new Novo Nordisk portfolio for sustained competitiveness upstream, and maximising portfolio potential through successful commercial strategies and competitive launches downstream.

**Your skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years in sales leadership within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in developing successful business strategies and managing customer relationships.
- Experience leading commercial teams.
- Fluency in English.
