**What You Will Do**

Senior Manager, Kenvue Data Platforms is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Data & Analytics product line team We strive to positively impact the trajectory of personal health every day through powerful data and analytics solutions that drive innovation and unlock growth. You will partner closely with multiple Business partners, Product Owners, Data Strategy, Data Platform, Data Science and Machine Learning (MLOps) teams to drive innovative data products for end users. Additionally, you will help shape overall solution & data architecture, oversee & lead technical delivery including resource and vendor management to ensure best practices are followed to optimize business outcomes.

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Shape and lead Kenvue Data Platforms & Products Technology team in India.
- Provide overall leadership for data platforms, data engineering, product owner and architecture teams to bear in service of building next generation capabilities that drive business growth.
- Drive innovation and thought leadership by anticipating and responding to rapidly changing industry trends, translating relevant insights into solutions that create new value.
- Work closely with the Business leaders and teams to understand needs of the business; clearly articulating the story of value created through data & technology across multiple business domains.
- Design & build Kenvue data analytics capabilities that take advantage of advanced technology and architecture to deliver data-driven insights and solutions in support of Commercial Excellence, Finance, HR, R&D and Supply Chain.
- Forge trusted partnerships with external & internal partners and complimentary analytics practitioners.
- Design, build & maintain data platforms, products and solutions that minimize TCO and maximize ROI
- Attract, maintain & grow talent - enabling high performing & diverse teams.

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree in Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, applied data sciences or other related fields; advanced degree in related fields preferred
- 10+ years in IT space specializing in shaping and leading Data & Technology Architecture, Data Engineering and Data management teams across different geographies and time zones.
- Demonstrated strength in examining issues, shaping strategy & influencing effectively across the organization. Ability to drive & lead people, challenge the status quo in technology & architecture.
- Superb interpersonal & communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists. Strong business and financial competence.
- Expert in leading implementation of data products across multiple business domains to maximize reusability, scalability and business value of data within DevSecOps framework.
- Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience in Cloud Architecture (Azure, GCP, AWS) & cloud-based databases (Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift) and various data integration techniques (API, stream, file) using DBT, SQL/PySpark, Python.
- 5+ years implementing data products through data mesh / fabric concepts
- Superb people & team leadership skills.
- 5+ years of managing teams’ budgets, portfolios and driving value
- Expert Agile methodology practitioner; ability to define and implement prototypes and MVPs / RATs, experience working in Scrum/Kanban is required.
- Proven track record leading teams through multiple high-profile projects with demanding deadlines, changing requirements, and working with defined resources. Ability to estimate required effort and prioritize work items appropriately.
