**Job Title**: Interpretation Trainer

**Contract**: Full-time, Professional Services Contract

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver interpretation training programs for individuals and groups
- Design and implement training materials, exercises, and assessments
- Conduct training sessions online through Zoom and MS Teams
- Provide constructive feedback and support to trainees to help them improve their interpretation skills
- Collaborate with other trainers and language professionals to continuously improve training programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the field of interpretation
- Participate in the evaluation of trainees and provide recommendations for their advancement
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and trainee progress
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an interpreter
- Proven experience in designing and delivering interpretation training programs for at least 1 year
- Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Experience with online training platforms is a plus
- Good quality camera and headsets with noise canceling feature

**Technical Requirements**:
1. Minimum 8GB RAM

2. Minimum 6th gen processor (i3 8GB RAM ) (i5 8GB RAM) (i7 8GB RAM) / Ryzen 3000 series or newer

3. 10MB Download and 5MB Upload Speed

4. Must have USB Headsets

5. Must have a LAN Cable connection

**Schedule**: Monday through Friday,**9 AM to 5 PM EST
