The opportunity

Project: Stadium lighting upgrade and delivery of 3 masterplans.

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking assistant project manager to join our established and growing team in Peru.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing basic risk registers and assessments.
- Developing basic project programmes (scheduling and cost).
- Drafting and contributing to briefs and reports.
- Drafting and supporting the development of procedure documents for specific projects.
- Reviewing of technical documentation.
- Preparing, managing, and reviewing tender documents.
- Supporting with document control - QA reviews and checks.
- Having knowledge of workbook management (tracking of all project income and cost) via Oracle.
- Close interaction with the floodlight contractor in the field.
- Close interaction with the client.
- Managing construction cost and budget, information management, and document control.
- Delivering track record on a major project or sports/ expo infrastructure.

About you

You have a Civil Engineering degree or another construction-related qualification required, considerable experience and knowledge in setting out strategies for infrastructure, knowledge Gantt charts, NEC Contract knowledge preferable; a minimum of 3 years experience in design/build delivery; comprehensive understanding of the design/build delivery process for large projects; demonstrated experience in the delivery of the large fast-tracked project and be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is desired.
