**Remote Interpreting Coordinator**

As **our Interpreting Coordinator,** you’ll be the backbone of our scheduling system, ensuring that clients and interpreters are perfectly matched for success. You’ll manage appointments, resolve conflicts, and create efficiency in every interaction.

**What you’ll do**:

- Keep our scheduling system running smoothly—assign interpreters, update calendars, and prevent conflicts.
- Communicate with clients and interpreters to confirm appointments and handle last-minute changes.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in scheduling details and client requirements.
- Support administrative tasks like documentation and client updates.
- Identify ways to improve efficiency in the scheduling process.
- Be the go-to problem solver for any scheduling issues.

**What you bring**:

- 2+ years in scheduling, administrative, or coordination roles (high-volume preferred).
- A customer-first mindset with excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Top-notch organizational skills—you’re a multitasking master
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling software.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bonus: Experience in interpreting, translation, or language services.

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 11.30 PM Pacific Time, USA.
