The Global Virtual Sales Specialists (GVSS) Strategy, Planning & Operations team focuses on driving growth, improving sales force efficiency, and effectively running the business. We drive strategy, planning, operations and enablement initiatives in the Global Virtual Sales & Engineering (GVSE) Organization.

**What You'll Do**
Within the SP&O team, you will be a key member of our newly formed Strategy & Insights team. This team is dedicated to empowering our sales team to deliver results through data-driven sales campaigns, insights and recommendations.
Your key stakeholders will be the sales leaders for the GVSS team.
This role requires engagement with virtual account teams and GVSS specialists, the GVSE Strategy & Planning teams and other cross-functional organizations.
Role & Responsibilities include:
- Strategy & Insights: Understand the GVSS strategy, priorities, and go-to-market plans. Own the business intelligence required to support the business.
- Data Insights: forecasting; QBRs; fiscal year planning; goaling; ad hoc initiatives.
- Data Reporting: build dashboards and reports; sales coverage models, track business metrics.
- Be proactive and challenge the status quo.
- Serve as an internal consultant on use of data and analytics.
**Who You Are**
- 5+ years in a related role (finance, marketing, business ops, etc.), strategy & planning experience a plus
- ** Let’s Make it Happen mentality. **You are energized by finding solutions to complex problems.
- Persistent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Outstanding skills translating data and delivering recommendations to Sales Leaders through well-crafted presentations stating trends, patterns and insights.
- Strong verbal & written communications skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management & organization skills; (Agile knowledge a plus)

- Tools proficiency**:Must: Expertise in SQL, Tableau and Salesforce reporting**; Strong grasp of Excel.
