**Propósito de la Posición**:
Diseñar, Implementar y monitorear proyectos de comunicación corporativa (prensa, digital, relaciones interinstitucionales, comunicación interna) a fin de acelerar la reputación de Nestlé en sus Stakeholders, garantizando la eficacia y coherencia de las comunicaciones a nível interno y externo.

**Un día en la vida de...**
- Comunicaciones: Diseñar e implementar estrategias de comunicación para las principales marcas establecidas en el Communication Opportunity Plan (COP), acompañando las necesidades del negocio y de las áreas (lanzamientos, competencia, contexto, etc).
- Plan integral de comunicaciones: Liderar las acciones que logran la ejecución del plan integral de comunicaciones (COP) en el tiempo establecido y bajo el presupuesto deseado.
- Relaciones Institucionales: Liderar e implementar planes y estrategias para una adecuada gestión interinstitucional con Stakeholders claves para el desarrollo de la compañía, proponiendo acciones para mantener la fluidez y entendimiento con estos.
- Content Management (Externo, Interno y digital): Elaborar y gestionar del material como Notas digitales, Post de Workplace, documentos escritos (documentos corporativos, libros, revistas etc), videos (institucionales, informes o notas periodísticas etc) y publicidad corporativa.
- Reputación: Identificar y capitalizar oportunidades de las marcas para comunicar los mensajes de la Empresa, que a su vez representen un aporte al posicionamiento de la imagen deseada de Nestlé.
- Relacionamiento Comunitario: Asegurar nuestra licencia para operar a través de la correcta ejecución de las estrategias de Gestión Social, garantizando una buena relación con nuestros vecinos y las autoridades de la zona.
- Planificar y organizar eventos institucionales internos y externos: conferencias, presentaciones, talks, podcast, etc.
- Gestión de indicadores y manejo de presupuesto.
- Gestionar proyectos de comunicación que le sean asignados a los diferentes públicos.
- Liderar campañas de comunicación interna que generen employee engagement y que puedan tener impacto a nível externo.
- Liderar las acciones de la agencia de prensa, que logran la ejecución del plan integral de comunicaciones en el tiempo establecido y bajo el presupuesto deseado.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Estudios Universitarios en carreras afines.
- 2 años o más de experiência en las funciones expuestas.
- Gran habilidad para la comunicación escrita y oral
- Conocimiento de los guidelines corporativos de comunicación y estrategias Corporativas
- Excelente conocimiento de Comunicación: principios, canales, herramientas, planificación, medios de comunicación social.
- Muy buen conocimiento de la prensa y los géneros y estilos periodísticos
- Conocimiento de Relaciones Públicas, Imagen y Publicidad
- Habilidad para la implementación y desarrollo de proyectos
- Capacidad de organización y planificación
- Inglés: Avanzado
