We're Hiring: Customer Success / Onboarding Specialist
Are you passionate about guiding clients through a seamless digital experience? We're looking for a
Customer Success / Onboarding Specialist
to be the first point of contact for new clients after the sale and ensure the successful launch of their app within 30 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead virtual onboarding and training calls
- Organize kickoff meetings and explain processes clearly
- Coordinate with Product & Tech teams to configure and approve apps in App Store & Google Play
- Train clients on the CMS Dashboard
- Identify risks and proactively solve problems
- Document processes in HubSpot and keep records updated
Tools you'll use
: HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Canva
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- % of clients launched in 30 days
- Client satisfaction post-onboarding
- Accuracy in documentation and handoff
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Coordination (preferred)
- New graduates welcome if tech-savvy and confident in online presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Warm, professional personality with confidence in video calls
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn and teach software effectively
- Collaborative spirit in a remote, dynamic environment
