BD for LATAM Area - 15068

Do you have business development experience, and are you seeking a new job in Lima, Peru? Skillsearch is helping a Latin American gaming studio find a BD for LATAM Area, and the role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.

As BD for LATAM Area, you will manage the partnership process from start to finish, from selecting brands and other local market stakeholders to ensuring the completion of the entire collaborative project. You will also work closely with local brands, telecoms and other stakeholders to obtain first-hand information and provide it to HQ to help understand the local market and make more informed decisions.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

- Manage the partnership process from start to finish, from selecting brands and other local market stakeholders
- Accomplish sponsorship collaborations for various local esports league tournaments and events in Latin America
- Negotiate with local telecom operators to establish cooperation for data packages, providing players with a more convenient and affordable gaming experience
- Search third-party payment channels with high penetration in the local market and promote their integration
- Help create annual engagement and marketing strategy and roadmap.
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships across companies
- Project management experience, with experience leading tasks and maintaining schedules
- Excellent presentation skills and outstanding attention to detail
- Communication and problem-solving capabilities across functions (e.g., Legal, policy, marketing, partnerships, operations, finance, engineering, and Dev Support)
- Effectiveness working independently in a busy and fluid environment with experience adapting, spotting issues early, and escalating.
