As an **Assistant Sales/Intake Manager**, you will be responsible for:

- **Handling inbound and outbound calls** to assess potential Lemon Law cases.
- **Engaging and converting leads** into clients through excellent communication.
- **Building rapport** with potential clients to guide them through the intake process.
- **Assisting intake specialists** in managing workflow and maintaining accuracy.
- **Maintaining CRM records** and following up with potential clients.
- **Providing top-tier customer service** while ensuring a smooth client experience.

**Requirements**:
**Fluent in English and Spanish** (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in **sales, intake, or customer service** is a plus.
Strong **persuasion and communication skills** to engage and convert leads.
Ability to **work independently** in a remote environment.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
