**Job Title**: Learning and Development Specialist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Training Content Development Support:

- Assist in designing and developing engaging training materials, such as e-learning modules, presentations, and job aids.
- Help update and organize existing training materials to ensure they are current and effective.

2. Learning Management System (LMS) Support:

- Support the administration of the LMS, including user enrollment, course assignments, and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Help upload and organize training content within the LMS.
- Generate basic reports to track training progress and completion.

3. Knowledge Base Maintenance:

- Assist in building and maintaining a centralized knowledge base for training resources, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the knowledge base is organized, user-friendly, and up-to-date.

4. Program Coordination Support:

- Help coordinate the rollout of training programs, including scheduling, communication, and logistics.
- Support the evaluation of training programs by gathering feedback and analyzing metrics.

5. Additional Responsibilities:

- Assist with facilitating training sessions, both in-person and virtual, as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and gather content.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on training and development (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Strong interest in learning and development, instructional design, or corporate training.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, EasyGeneration) or willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or knowledge base platforms.
- Experience creating content (e.g., presentations, videos, or guides).
