We are a Professional Services Outsourcing company for U.S.based businesses in the Construction sector, with reach across all U.S. states and Canada. We are responsible for recruiting talent, training and developing professionals in the industry, advising our clients on best practices (acquired through our holding companies: Premier and KCG), as well as hiring and managing the contracted personnel in compliance with Peruvian labor laws.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Problem Solving** - Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests by delivering effective and timely solutions.
- **Order Management** - Accurately process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- **CRM Handling** - Record and update customer information in CRM systems.
- **Technical Support** - Assist customers with basic technical issues related to products or services.
- **Translation and Communication** - Act as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring clear and effective bilingual communication.
- **Case Follow-up** - Track inquiries or issues until they are fully resolved, keeping customers informed.
- **Product Knowledge** - Stay well-informed about the company’s products or services to provide accurate information.
- **KPI Compliance** - Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution efficiency.
- **Teamwork** - Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and resolve escalated issues.

**Requirements**:

- **ADVANCED ENGLISH (OBLIGATORY)**:

- **Experience in Bilingual Customer Service**: Previous experience in customer service roles is required, preferably in areas such as customer support or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position, as it involves regular and clear interaction with clients.
- Flexibility and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Technical or university graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Immediate availability.
