**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review **federal, state, and local tax returns** for individuals and businesses.
- Manage and coordinate **tax audits** and tax notices.
- Develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues and provide well-documented conclusions.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of tax provisions and disclosures in financial statements.
- Stay informed about new **tax laws and regulations** and advise management on potential impacts.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial planning and decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance**, or a related field.
- **CPA or EA license** in the United States.
- Minimum of **5 years of experience** in a **CPA firm**, focusing on tax preparation and planning.
- Extensive experience in filing **personal and business taxes**.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in **tax software** and Microsoft Office Suite.
- An **Enrolled Agent (EA)** in LATAM with US CPA credentials is also acceptable.
