What you'll be doing:
- Designing **scalable, secure, cloud-native** solutions that keep performance and availability at the core.
- Collaborating with business teams to bring ideas to life and keep projects on track.
- Leading the way in **DevSecOps** practices and championing a seamless **CI/CD** pipeline.
- Guiding and mentoring your team with empathy and technical expertise in an agile environment.
- Keeping an eye on cloud health: observability, monitoring, and cost optimization.
What we’d love to see in you:
- Experience **leading technical teams** and helping them grow.
- Solid knowledge of **Microsoft Azure** (API Management, Key Vault, CosmosDB, SQL Database).
- Background in **Java**, **.NET**, and ideally some **Python** too.
- You’ve worked with **APIs**, built **scalable systems**, and know how to keep things running 24/7.
- You speak **advanced English** — confidently communicating with global teams is part of your daily magic
- Comfortable in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), and always looking to improve.
- Bonus points if you've worked in **Fintechs** or fast-moving startups.
- You enjoy tools like **Jira, Confluence**, and monitoring platforms like **Grafana** or **App Insights**.
Even better if you bring:
- Certifications like **Scrum Master**, **Product Owner**, **Azure Architect**, **AZ-400**, or **Kubernetes**.
- A curiosity for cybersecurity, automation, or cost optimization (FinOps).
- A playful yet professional approach to problem-solving
