We’re expanding rapidly across Latin America and are looking for an Operations Manager to join our leadership team in Lima, Peru — a dynamic professional ready to take charge of operations, build systems for scale, and shape the future of MOD Peru.

This is a career-defining opportunity for a young, tech-forward business leader who thrives in fast-moving, international environments. As Operations Manager, you’ll lead the daily operations of our Lima office, working directly with global leadership to grow MOD’s footprint in Latin America.
You’ll combine strategic thinking, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making to ensure operational excellence and world-class service for our clients and virtual professionals.
**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee daily operations and performance of MOD Peru’s business unit.
- Lead a small, high-energy team focused on HR, client placement, and training.
- Coordinate directly with U.S. and LATAM leadership to drive operational KPIs.
- Optimize systems and workflows for efficiency, cost control, and scalability.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of new team members.
- Ensure top-tier service delivery to clients and continuous performance improvement.
- Represent MOD Peru’s culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.

**Who You Are**:

We will be growing to several thousand VPs in LatAm in the next 5-10 years and are looking for someone to seize this opportunity

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in international business, operations, or consulting.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) - C2 level required.
- Proven experience in a multicultural or English-speaking business environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a hands-on attitude.
- Proficiency with modern business tools (AI Automation, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Power BI, etc.).
- MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master’s is preferred).
- Passion for people, performance, and process improvement.
