The position will be part of a newly launched debt fund targeting long-term investments in climate-smart food systems. The role is meant for an experienced professional with proven track record structuring debt transactions in private companies, coupled with exceptional network for originating transactions.

**Your Main Tasks**
- Lead deal sourcing and investment initiatives, helping the fund to further expand its presence in the agribusiness sector throughout Latin America.
- Lead the transaction process, including all due diligence (financial, structuring, legal, fiscal and commercial) as well as manage external advisors working on the deal (E&S, climate, impact).
- Represent the fund, meeting founders and owners of potential target companies as well as with industry experts and other stakeholders.
- Maintain open and fluid communications with the investment manager and support functions in Lima, Zurich and Mumbai.

**Your Experience and Skills**
- Seasoned professional with ample years of private debt, equity, or investment banking experience, with a key focus on the agribusiness sector.
- A rainmaker, someone with proven business development experience and well connected in Latin America markets. Fund is country agnostic, but Colombia, Peru, Mexico or Brazil are prioritized.
- Superior analytical, negotiating and deal execution experience, one who can originate and steer transactions to a successful fruition.
- Impeccable communication skills, one who can foster relationships at all levels and with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid academic track record in business administration, finance, engineering or related disciplines from internationally recognized universities.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is considered a plus.
- Interest in and enthusiasm sustainable food and impact investments.
