About the role

The Accounting Assistant will register all the accounting transactions. Responsible for reconciling bank accounts. Ensure payments to suppliers are done considering all supporting documents.

Responsibilities- Receive and register all accounting transactions according to the approved GL accounts,- Reconcile bank accounts weekly,- Process payments to supplier ensuring all supporting documents are in place,- Archive all documents in both digital and physical forms,- Analyze all accounts in a monthly basis,- Help in other office administrative tasks.
