Estamos buscando un(a) Talent Acquisition Intern (Pasantía).
Duración del proyecto: 6 meses
Ubicación: El Salvador
Objetivo principal: Brindar apoyo administrativo en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, contribuyendo a la atracción eficiente y en tiempo de talento alineado a las necesidades de la empresa.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Realización de tareas administrativas generales relacionadas al área.- Asistencia en procesos de reclutamiento para posiciones dentro del programa de pasantías.- Participación en los procesos de selección de personal.- Actualización de seguimiento de vacantes.- Realización de referencias laborales y background check.-
- Apoyo con logística y coordinación de ferias laborales con instituciones gubernamentales, universidades, ONGs, entre otros.
