Providing Fiat services and solutions for Corporate and VIP clients is a key priority for the company. This role within the Fiat team will own and drive the establishment and maintenance of solutions and services for those clients, drive usage and volume, and develop a network of Payment providers, Banks, and regulated partners to deliver outstanding outcomes.
**Requirements**:
- Manage and deal with Corporate payment solutions, including PSPs/Payment partners, Banks, Government bodies and regulators, ranging from outreaching, pitching, negotiations to relationship management
- Develop new business opportunities across different channels to support Corporate clients and maintain relationships with banks and payment partners as well as oversee regulatory and licensing issues
- Drive fiat growth, institutional and VIP clients fiat volume & strategies through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics
- Create and execute localized and regionalise Fiat strategies to aid in the adoption of crypto-based ecosystem
- Develop and execute new fiat and related products, solutions, and services to create best-in-industry outcomes for Corporate and VIP clients
- Co-create go-to-market strategies and growth objective and campaigns working with VIP account managers and marketing
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams (i.e. Product, Operations, Tech)
**Responsibilities**:
- At least 10 years experience of proven success in Account Management and/or Business Development positions ideally from Fintech companies within Payment, Crypto companies, or Digital Banks
- Proficient and broad understanding of payments Laws & Regulations in various jurisdictions
- Proven track record in driving the real growth and expansion of a business
- Hands on, and strong in strategic thinking, project management, problem solving skills
- Effective communicator able to represent Binance to External regulatory parties and liaise with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc
- Hardcore self-starter, able to drive agendas and execute with mínimal guidance or supervision. Passion for crypto and digital assets
