The Role at a Glance Title: Independent Global Talent Sourcer (Freelance Contractor)Location: Remote, based within the LATAM region.Compensation: Competitive success-based fees, paid directly in Euros ().Work Model: Complete flexibility; high performance and results are paramount. Your Mission: Sourcing Multilingual Talent You will be the vital link connecting exceptional candidates from various locations with our high-volume requirements for Customer Experience and Contact Center roles across the EU. Targeted Search: Implement sophisticated search strategies to identify candidates with specific language proficiencies required for European projects.Initial Vetting: Conduct initial qualification calls and assessments to verify language skills, background, and cultural fit for international roles.Candidate Relationship: Build and maintain proactive relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive and professional representation of FlowDesk CX.Data Management: Utilize our systems effectively to track candidate activity and provide accurate reporting on sourcing metrics and pipeline health. What We Require Geographical Base: Must be located and working within the LATAM region.Language Skills: Fluent professional level of English (B2/C1 minimum) is required for internal communication and documentation.Recruitment Experience: Proven track record (minimum 1 year) specifically in sourcing, talent mapping, or high-volume recruitment, ideally involving international or multilingual roles.Personal Attributes: Exceptional ability to work independently, highly motivated by achieving concrete goals, and possessing strong analytical skills for effective decision-making.
