What We Expect:

Background: Minimum of 6 months in recruitment.

Language: English fluency is essential.

Competencies: Skilled in social media, candidate sourcing, and networking platforms.

Time Commitment: At least 30 hours weekly.

Attributes: Strong communication, flexibility, proactivity, and a sense of accountability.

Your Key Duties: Team up with colleagues to achieve hiring targets.

Advertise job listings on global platforms.

Search for and engage candidates using digital and social channels.

Carry out initial candidate evaluations and interviews.

Foster lasting relationships with applicants.

Facilitate a seamless and positive recruitment journey.
