En Roche Farma Perú, estamos en búsqueda de un/a Customer Strategy, Patient Support Program & MAP Lead basado en Lima, Perú. Como Customer Strategy, PSP & MAP Lead, serás el defensor de las soluciones centradas en el paciente, desde el diagnóstico hasta la adherencia al tratamiento, conectando la estrategia médica con el impacto real en los pacientes, asegurando la excelencia en los programas de apoyo y en las operaciones de información médica. Este rol ofrece una oportunidad única para liderar la colaboración interfuncional e impulsar la excelencia operativa en un entorno altamente regulado.

La Oportunidad:

  • Lideras la co-creación y ejecución de los Programas de Soporte al Paciente (PSP) para garantizar un acceso oportuno y sostenible a los tratamientos.

  • Diseñas la estrategia integral de servicios al paciente, alineando las prioridades del negocio con las necesidades del ecosistema de salud.

  • Actúas como el nexo principal entre Roche y los proveedores de servicios (como call centers), asegurando un soporte de alta calidad y la integridad de los datos.

  • Gestionas el portafolio de Programas de Acceso al Mercado (MAP), supervisando el cumplimiento, las auditorías y los indicadores de desempeño.

  • Fortaleces la gobernanza colaborando con los equipos de Seguridad y Calidad Médica para monitorear todas las iniciativas relacionadas con los pacientes.

  • Supervisas las operaciones de Información Médica, garantizando respuestas precisas y éticas a las consultas científicas de las partes interesadas internas y externas.

  • Identificas perspectivas médicas (insights) a través de los datos de interacción para contribuir a la planificación médica local y a la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

  • Administras el presupuesto de los programas de generación de valor para pacientes, equilibrando la excelencia del servicio con la eficiencia de costo-beneficio.

Quién eres:

  • Cuentas con un título profesional en Medicina, Farmacia, Ciencias o Administración de Empresas.

  • Aportas al menos 5 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con Calidad, Procesos o Asuntos Médicos, preferiblemente dentro de la industria farmacéutica.

  • Posees una trayectoria comprobada gestionando equipos y liderando proyectos complejos en un entorno regulado, construyendo relaciones interfuncionales e influyendo en las partes interesadas a diversos niveles.

  • Tienes un sólido dominio del idioma inglés, tanto escrito como hablado (Nivel intermedio a avanzado)

  • Tienes experiencia desarrollando tableros de control de datos (dashboards) y seguimiento de indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) y estás familiarizado con la elaboración de presupuestos financieros y el análisis de costo-beneficio.
