**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Weekend Tasks:

- Handle incoming patient phone calls during weekends to schedule appointments effectively.
- Follow up with patient recall lists on weekends to reactivate recall patients and maintain clean patient lists. Performance measured by the number of patients on the recall list and proper documentation of each patient phone call.
- Input EOB (Explanation of Benefits) information into patient ledgers on weekends. Performance measured by the amount in the AR (Accounts Receivable) account.
- Gather data and reports from Open Dental on weekends to summarize for the team on Monday review.
- Create and post engaging social media content on weekends via Instagram, Facebook, and Google. Performance measured by SEO search rankings.

Weekday Tasks:

- Handle incoming patient phone calls throughout the week.
- Manage patient recalls and reactivation during weekdays.
- Follow up with Insurance Accounts Receivables throughout the week, documenting all phone calls with insurance companies. Performance measured by the amount in the AR account.
- Verify patient insurance information as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Stay informed about changes in insurance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to improve patient communication and scheduling processes.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the practice grows.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or dental office setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using dental software (e.g., Open Dental) and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.

***Job Timings**:

- Saturday & Sunday - 9:00 am
- 5:00 pm (EST)**

**- Monday to Wednesday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST (total of 43 hours/week, with Thurs/Fri off)**
