En Tigo , seguimos transformando la forma en que conectamos con nuestros clientes y potenciamos nuestras ventas a través de canales digitales.
Estamos buscando a un Digital Sales Chief que lidere la operación de ventas digitales de servicios móviles y residenciales , gestionada a través de un proveedor externo . Este rol combina estrategia, ejecución y liderazgo, asegurando que cada campaña digital se traduzca en resultados comerciales reales.
Tu misión:
Dirigir, motivar y escalar el rendimiento del canal digital, garantizando el cumplimiento de metas comerciales, la disciplina operativa y la alineación con las estrategias de marketing y negocio.
Lo que harás:
Liderar al equipo comercial del socio tercero a cargo de las ventas digitales (móviles y residenciales).
Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs de ventas, productividad, calidad y conversión .
Coordinar con Marketing y BI para conectar la ejecución comercial con las campañas digitales.
Acompañar a supervisores y agentes, impulsando su desempeño y motivación.
Gestionar incentivos, premios y programas de engagement para maximizar resultados.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos de contacto, cierre y postventa.
Participar activamente en reuniones de performance y estrategia digital.
Garantizar que la operación cumpla con estándares de ética comercial, experiencia al cliente y trazabilidad .
Lo que buscamos en ti:
- Experiencia comprobada liderando equipos de ventas (presenciales o telefónicos).
- Habilidad para inspirar, organizar y desarrollar equipos comerciales .
- Enfoque en resultados y disciplina operativa.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo situacional.
- Conocimientos de campañas en redes sociales, generación de leads y CRM . (Deseable)
- Experiencia previa trabajando con socios externos o BPOs es un plus.
