Tu rol y responsabilidades

En este puesto, tendrás la oportunidad de actuar como autoridad de diseño dentro de una disciplina de ingeniería. Cada día, completarás asignaciones en múltiples proyectos de tamaño moderado o en partes de proyectos mayores, garantizando la eficiencia en costos. Además, demostrarás tu experiencia asegurando que las tareas se realicen conforme a las especificaciones del contrato, los estándares de calidad, los requisitos de seguridad y las políticas y normas de ciberseguridad.

El modelo de trabajo para este puesto es: Híbrido en Lima.

Este rol contribuye al Área de Negocio de Automatización de Procesos.

Serás principalmente responsable de:

  • Trabajar con el cliente para definir y entregar soluciones, buscando retroalimentación que impulse mejoras continuas.
  • Elaborar planes de trabajo y estimaciones de costos para la cartera de proyectos, garantizando una implementación de calidad, oportuna y dentro del costo objetivo.
  • Coordinar con las funciones relevantes para asegurar que los diseños sean correctamente fabricados, ensamblados, probados, instalados y puestos en marcha.
  • Guiar y asesorar a colegas de ingeniería en la traducción de diseños conceptuales a documentación técnica, promoviendo las mejores prácticas y compartiendo lecciones aprendidas de proyectos anteriores.

Calificaciones para el puesto

  • Posees un título universitario en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Mecatrónica o Electrónica, o carreras afines.
  • Cuentas con más de 2 años de experiencia en el diseño y desarrollo de sistemas eléctricos, con preferencia en el diseño de subestaciones eléctricas para minería.
  • Te comunicas con soltura en inglés, demostrando dominio tanto técnico como profesional del idioma.
  • Posees un conocimiento avanzado y estás altamente calificado/a en software especializado de ingeniería eléctrica y herramientas de diseño aplicadas al sector.
