About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable
Administrative Support
professional to manage day-to-day administrative functions while providing executive-level support. This role will work closely with leadership, coordinating schedules, communications, documentation, and internal processes that keep the business running efficiently.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first environment where structure and accountability are critical.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for executives and key stakeholders
  • Handle inbox management, follow-ups, and internal and external communication
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and internal documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Operations & Workflow Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Track projects, tasks, and deliverables across teams
  • Support the development and improvement of internal processes and workflows
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial administration

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or executive support roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, calendars, and spreadsheets
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting founders, executives, or senior leadership
  • Experience in remote or distributed team environments
  • Familiarity with basic financial operations such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Background in startups, agencies, or fast-growing companies

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: USD 1,200 – 1,500 per month (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Remote work: Work from anywhere in Latin America
  • Growth opportunities: Ability to grow into more senior operations or executive support roles
