As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Buscamos un(a) abogado(a) titulado(a) con al menos cuatro (4) años de experiencia en áreas legales corporativas y/o en departamentos legales de empresas, para asumir un rol estratégico y operativo dentro del equipo legal de Rappi. Esta posición brindará soporte transversal a distintas áreas del negocio, con foco en protección al consumidor, derecho corporativo, contractual, apoyo a operaciones, comerciales y gestión regulatoria, contribuyendo a fortalecer procesos internos, mitigar riesgos y acompañar el crecimiento acelerado de la compañía. Se requiere inglés avanzado, capacidad analítica, pensamiento crítico, proactividad y habilidades para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y multitarea.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Gestionar procesos y estrategias, y encargarse de los procedimientos administrativos sancionadores en materia de protección al consumidor, competencia, asuntos municipales y otros.

  • Revisión de prácticas comerciales y análisis de riesgos relacionados con experiencia de usuario, promociones, beneficios y políticas de servicio.

  • Elaborar, revisar y negociar contratos comerciales, acuerdos de confidencialidad, addendas y documentos corporativos.

  • Brindar soporte legal al equipo de Operaciones, Comercial, Marketing, Producto y Atención al Cliente.

  • Apoyar iniciativas corporativas: gobierno corporativo, compliance, registros, poderes, documentos societarios y soporte a auditorías.

  • Participar en el diseño, implementación y mejora continua de políticas internas y procesos legales.

  • Representar a la empresa de manera cross-functional, trabajando de forma cercana con áreas locales y regionales.

  • Gestionar y hacer seguimiento a presupuesto legal, facturación y proveedores externos.

  • Brindar asesoría preventiva para impulsar decisiones de negocio seguras, eficientes y ágiles.
