Full-time – Logistics Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a
Logistics Operations Manager
to establish and lead our new Lima office. This role will be responsible for
building a local team, creating operational structure, and supporting our U.S. logistics and warehouse operations
. You will serve as the main connection between the Peru team and our headquarters in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

Office Setup & Expansion

  • Launch and organize the new Lima support office.
  • Set up workflows, tools, processes, and daily structure.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Recruit, interview, and hire staff for logistics, dispatch, admin, and support roles.
  • Train, supervise, and develop the Lima team.
  • Build a strong, positive, performance-focused work culture.

Support for U.S. Operations

  • Serve as the primary link to the Florida headquarters.
  • Assist with dispatch, logistics coordination, documentation, and customer communication.
  • Ensure accurate, timely support for U.S. teams across multiple departments.

Process & Quality Management

  • Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all Lima workflows.
  • Monitor performance, quality, and efficiency.
  • Improve processes and implement best practices.

Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on team performance and operational metrics.
  • Participate in scheduled virtual meetings with U.S. leadership.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication across all teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, dispatch, operations management, BPO supervision, or similar.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and reliable.
  • Comfortable supporting U.S. teams and U.S. time zones.
