Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Reconciliation Analyst to manage and reconcile large data sets, identify discrepancies, and prepare accurate reports for our Oracle ERP environment. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Excel, data validation, and financial or operational reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and organize large volumes of Excel data for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile multiple Excel reports, identifying and explaining discrepancies.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and supporting documentation.
• Design and maintain Excel templates for data uploads into Oracle ERP.
• Collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to ensure alignment and data integrity.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned while adhering to company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (required).
• Experience: Proven experience in inventory control, data reconciliation, or accounting operations.
• Tools: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data validation) and experience with Oracle ERP or similar systems.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

Work Conditions & Selection Process

• Remote position aligned with the client's business hours and holiday calendar.
• Candidates must use supplier-provided equipment (laptop, headset, etc.).
• Interview Process:
• Two rounds (technical + soft skills).
• Conducted in English or Spanish via video conference.
• May include a hands-on practical assessment.

Contractor Payment Scheme (USD)

• Hourly Rate: (depending on experience)
• Weekly Payments: Contractors billed weekly via invoice.
• Estimated Monthly Range: full-time engagement (~40 hours/week)

Note: Contractor must provide all required equipment (laptops, headsets, etc.).

Pay: From S/.5,000.00 per month
